My puppy Archer is very timid but the staff gave him safe treats and took their time to make him comfortable. They sat on the floor, gave him belly rubs, and now he is always excited to go to the vet and to see them❤️🥰 They didn’t even charge me for the initial exam fee the first time because they thought it would be better if I came back in a week when he was feeling more comfortable to get his vaccines. You can tell it’s not about making money or churning out clients, they truly cared about my dog’s well being!
